2-Ton Glycol Chiller: Triple Inlet/Outlet, -30°C Custom Design

Compressor: Featuring an adaptive mechanism, the compressor adjusts its operation based on load changes. This ensures longevity with minimal noise and balances the operating load, greatly enhancing the chiller’s lifespan.

Evaporator: The evaporator is designed with a reinforced copper tube with inner and outer threads for optimal cooling performance. To prevent condensation and minimize cold loss, the evaporator barrel is insulated with a 26mm thick PE insulation board.

Condenser: Equipped with efficient cross-seam fins and female threaded copper tubes, the condenser guarantees high heat exchange efficiency and stability.

Protection Device: To safeguard the chiller system, a suite of protection devices has been integrated, including temperature control switch, high and low-pressure switch, overload protector, compressor overheat protector, frequent start protector, and an abnormal indicator.

Computer Control System: SCY’s sophisticated PLC powers the chiller, offering capabilities for remote monitoring and control. This ensures a user-friendly experience, high safety levels, and ease of installation.

Box Material: Precision-processed by a CNC punching machine, the chiller’s box plate is both functional and aesthetic. Finished with electrostatic powder baking paint, it presents a beautiful appearance combined with effective sound insulation.
