30 Ton Industrial Water-cooled Screw Chiller Unit

This screw chiller unit can automatically alternate operation according to load changes, balancing the operating load of the compressor, greatly extending the service life of the chiller unit, with trouble-free operation of more than 45,000 hours.

Energy-efficient Evaporators: The evaporator is made of reinforced copper pipe with threads on both sides, and the copper pipe has a good heat dissipation effect. The evaporator shell is insulated with a 25mm thick PE insulation board. No condensation is produced and cooling losses are low.

Condensers:  The condenser uses German and Japanese original copper pipes, which are processed into trapezoidal low rib pipes to improve the heat transfer capacity. The inner surface of the copper tube is smooth, which reduces the water pressure and is easy to clean and maintain.

 Protection Devices: High/low-pressure switch, frost-proof device, soluble pin/safety valve, overload protective device, coil over-heating protection system, temperature automatic protection device.

Computer Control System: SCY has developed a highly intelligent PLC, which can do remote monitoring and control. Simple operation, low failure rate, high safety factor, easy installation.
