1. Safety must be ensured when the set is lifted and positioned, please do not let the set collide to ensure that the equipment is intact.
2. The installation site of the unit should be kept dry and clean, and ensure good ventilation. Please leave enough space for the maintenance and repair of the unit.
3. The unit must be installed on a concrete platform with sufficient strength and rubber mats under the unit. Level the set and install the ground screws.
4. The circulating water pump used in conjunction with the set should be selected and installed with reference to the water flow rate, water-resistance and other data marked on the set.
5. The water pump should be placed in front of the chilled water inlet and a filter should be installed to avoid the entry of objects into the heat exchange. If the unit is installed in an area with poor water quality, water treatment should be carried out to avoid damage to the heat exchanger.
6. The water piping system connected to the unit should be equipped with water flow switch, water pressure gauge, thermometer, etc., which is convenient for the inspection and maintenance of the unit.
7. To avoid air retention in the circulatory system, an air vent or expansion tank must be installed at the highest point of the unit’s return pipe.
8. Chilled water lines should be properly insulated to avoid cold loss and condensation.
